丁苯类聚合物乳液对水泥水化硬化的影响

摘    要:在研究聚合物水泥混凝土路用性能的同时,通过超声波、红外光谱等物理化学方法对聚合物水泥基材料的水化硬化机理进行了分析。主要阐述丁苯类聚合物乳液对水泥水化硬化过程的影响,同时分析聚合物水泥体系中的化学结合水量及红外光谱图。结果表明:超声波在聚合物乳液水泥净浆中的传播速度随龄期的增长逐渐增加,传播速度-龄期曲线反映了随龄期的增长,水泥硬化形成强度和刚度的过程。

Abstract:The performances of polymer cement concrete used in highway were studied by ultrasonic pulses and infra red spectrum (IR). Two kinds of styrene butadiene rubber latex (SBR) were used and their action during the hydration and hardening of cement was investigated. The study results showed that the ultrasonic pulses speed increases with the age of hydrating and hardening of cement. The mechanical behavior of polymer in polymer cement system was analysed according to the test results of IR spectra and chemically combined water.
