双接触面行波超声电机振子的有限元分析

摘    要:分析了双接触面振子的工作原理,针对多种结构形式的双接触面旋转行波超声电动机振子进行了有限元分析。对振子的输出振幅进行了谐波分析,确定了振子的结构形式。仿真结果表明振子内圈固定方式电机性能优于外圈固定方式;振子外径相同时,压电陶瓷片贴于齿环内侧电机性能优于贴于齿环外侧。

Abstract:The working principle of vibrator with bi-contact surface was analyzed. Finite element analysis of different kinds of vibrators was done. The vibrator structure was approved by the harmonic analysis of the amplitude of vibrator. The result showed performance of the motor with inner circle fixed vibrator was better than the motor with outer fixed vibrator. Also,piezoelectric ceramic affixed inside the tooth ring was better than outside when the external diameter of the vibrator is the same.
