摘    要:文章按凝析油气体系定容衰竭相态模拟实验过程,测试了大港油田千米桥凝析气藏烃类体系水合物的生成条件,并以此为基础检验了统计热力学方法在天然气水合物生成条件预测中的可靠性。然后在前人有关天然气水合物研究成果的基础上,结合凝析气藏开采过程动态相态变化预测方法的建立以及采出井流物烃组成的动态相态数值模拟预测,讨论了适合于凝析气藏衰竭开采过程中从井筒→井口→常温高压分离器→节流膨胀分离器→透平膨胀分离器多级分离回收工艺上下游一体化的天然气水合物生成条件预测方法。该方法特别适用于凝析气藏开发方案设计阶段,能更好地为凝析气藏从气井井筒到地面多级分离工艺流程乃至到天然气处理厂工艺流程中天然气水合物的防治工艺设计提供依据。文中通过吐哈油田丘东和大港油田千米桥两个凝析气藏开采过程中天然气水合物生成条件的预测及防治措施分析说明了方法的应用效果。

Abstract:??The hydrocarbon system hydrate formation conditions of Qianmiqiao condensate gas reservoir in Dagang Oil Field were te sted according to the CVD simulation test process of condensate gas system,by which the credibility of the statistic thermo dynamical method of predicting gas hydrate formation conditons was examined.On the basis of the research achievements finished by our predecessors,the method of predicting up and down stream in tegrated gas hydrate formation conditions of the multi-stage separation recovery technology including the borehole??wellhead??normal??temperature high pressure separator??throttle expansion separater??turbo expansion separator in the natural depletion process of condensate gas reservoir is discussed in combination with the prediction method of dynamic phase state change in exploiting condensate gas reservoir and with the dynamic phase state numerical simulation prediction of hydrocarbon compositions of the fluids produced from well.This method is specially suitable for the design stage of condensate gas reservoir development plan and can provide the basis for the technological design of the gas hydrate preve ntion of condensate gas reservoir in multi-stage separation technology process from borehole to surface,even to the technological process of natural gas proces sing plant.Through analyzing the prediction results and prevention measures of the gas hydrate formation conditions in the producing process of two condensate gas reservoirs,i.e. Qiudong reservoir in Tuha Oil Field and Qianmiqiao reservoir, it is shown that this method is efficient.
