| 摘 要： | 主要对东风康明斯6BTA5．9柴油机如何降低自由加速烟度进行了研究，通过改进燃油泵的供油特性，增压器以及采用低涡流缸盖和新型燃烧室，使自由加速烟度得以降低，同时提高低速动力性，降低低速全负荷烟度，满足了各大城市制订的柴油机烟度标准的限值。

| Abstract: | This paper describes the research how to reduce free acceleration smoke(FAS) for the Donfeng-Cummins 6BTA5.9 diesel engine. Through such measures as changing the fuel injection pump supply performance,selection turbochargers,using the lower swirl cylinder head and the new type of combustion bowl, the free acceleration smoke is reduced as well as the full load smoke, and the torque is boosted at low engine speed, thus it can meet the smoke standard for diesel engine running in cities. |
