液压弯辊板形控制手段的实现

摘    要:液压弯辊是带钢板形控制的重要手段,分析了弯辊调节板形的原理,介绍了控制信号通过控制器转化为实际弯辊力输出的过程,结合国内某五机架冷连轧厂的具体情况,给出了弯辊控制的程序流程。程序投入运行后的控制结果表明,所采取的控制方法能够很好地满足控制要求。

Abstract:Bending roll with hydraulil pressure is a very important measure for strip steel's shape control,the principle of bending roll to control the shape of strip steel is analyzed,the process of control signal changing to effective bending force is introduced.Combining with a tandem cold rolling mill factory at home,the flow charts of the roll bending control program is presented,and it has been proved by practice that the control measure can satisfy the requirement of control.
