纤维增强金属基复合材料液相浸渗充填过程

摘    要:液相浸渗法是制造纤维增强金属基复合材料的先进工艺,其浸渗充填过程是复合材料的组织和性能的主要决定因素之一。本文通过纤维增强金属基复合材料液相浸渗填充过程阻力及充填形式的研究,发现纤维分布状态及纤维与基体的润湿性决定着浸渗充填形式。探讨了通过控制纤维分布状态、改善纤维与基体的润湿性和优化工艺参数等方法,以控制浸渗充填过程,获得高性能复合材料的途径。

Abstract:Liquid infiltration processing is advanced technique for the preparation of fiberreinforced metal matrix composites(FRM).The morphology and properties of FRM areinfluenced greatly by the infiltration and filling process,In this paper the resistance to theprocess and the filling form of FRM are studied.It is found that the filling form isdetermined by the distribution of fibers and the wettability between fibers and matrix, Theway of controlling the infiItration and filling process to get perfect FRM was discussed bycontrolling the distribution of fibers,improving the wettability between fibers and matrix,and optimizing the parameters of the processing.
