摘    要:提要针对解决重大昂贵装备修复技术,提出了激光再制造技术概念,它由三维激光成形光束头、三维激光涂敷系统、cAD,CAM软件、专用材料工艺、控制检测系统等组成。对比研究了激光修复与常规修复材料特性,并展望了激光修复的若干工业应用前景。

Abstract:The laser refabricating technology for repairing expensive and important equipments is developed. It consists of 3D laser beam coaxial feed powder nozzle,3D laser cladding system,3D CAD/CAM software,special materials and arts,measure/ control system. Comparing with some traditional repairing technique (flame or plasma spray,TIG),laser refabricating has the advantage in controling geometric size of parts,maintaining material properties and green manufacturing. Its industrial application is discussed.
