山玫片的制备与含量测定研究

摘    要:探索了山玫片的制备和片中总黄酮的含量测定方法.通过正交实验确定山玫片中主要活性成分总黄酮的最佳提取工艺条件和山玫片的最佳制备条件.该研究工艺不但保证了主要活性成分充分提出,而且确保了成品崩解时间短,脆碎度好.适用于山玫膜衣片的制备.采用分光光度法对山玫片中总黄酮的含量进行了测定,检测波长500nm.提取及制备工艺合理,芦丁在10.15-101.50μg范围之内呈良好的线性关系.平均回收率为99.36%,RSD为0.46%.制备工艺合理,含量测定方法简便、快捷,可用于山玫片中总黄酮的含量测定.

Abstract:To study the optimum preparation condition and determine the content in San Mei tablets.This paper focused on the optimum extraction condition of total flavones,an important active composition in San Mei tablets,and the preparation conditions of the tablet was also studied in the same way.The extracting method discussed in the paper did make not only the extraction efficient but also the breakup time short and the frangibility good which made it fit for the production of San Mei thin-film tablets.The Spectrophotometric method was applied to determine the content of total flavonoids in San Mei tablets at 500 nm wavelength.The optimum preparation condition and the analysis method of the content of total flavonoids in San Mei tablets were reliable.Rutin standard sample showed a good linear relationship at the range of 10.15~101.50 μg and the average recovery was 99.36% and RSD was 0.46%.This optimum preparation condition of total flavonoids in San Mei tablets was reliable and this method was easy and accurate which could be used for quality control of San Mei tablets.
