| 摘 要： | 介绍 30MnSi盘条的成分、性能 ,对直径为 8.0～ 12mm不同含铜量的 30MnSi盘条进行力学性能测试和对比 ,并对用户的成材率和实用情况进行跟踪 ,结果显示 :当该钢号的盘条铜的质量分数低于 0 .30 %时不影响正常使用。

| Abstract: | To introduce the composition and property of 30MnSi wire rod. The mechanical property of 8.0～12 mm 30MnSi wire rod with different Cu content is examined and compared,and the useful finished products rate of consumer and practical application situation are traced. The results show that this kind of wire rod does not affect normal use when the mass fraction of Cu is lower than 0.30%. |
