摘    要:以300MW直接空冷机组为例,考虑了排汽管道的压损,排汽口至空冷凝汽器入口间水蒸汽柱高度压力及排汽管对环境散热量,建立直接空冷机组冷端系统变工况数学模型,编程计算做出直接空冷机组冷端系统特性曲线,同时分析了空冷凝汽器压力及管道压损的变工况特性。计算验证了排汽热负荷、排汽管道压损、迎面风速和环境温度是影响直接空冷机组排汽压力的主要因素,且在迎面风速和环境温度一定时,排汽管道压损在热负荷范围内存在一最不利最大值,对于空冷机组的管道设计及经济运行提供参考。

Abstract:One 300MW direct air-cooling unit was taken as an example. Based on consideration of pressure lose of exhaust manifold, pressure caused by steam slug between steam exhaust port and entrance to condenser, and heat dissipating capacity of exhaust manifold, an mathematical model was formed, the characteristic curve which was about cold end system of the unit was drawn out by programming; the variable condition features of condenser pressure and pressure lose of exhaust manifold was analyzed meantime. The result proves that exhaust steam heat load,pressure lose of blow-off line, approach wind velocity and ambient temperature are the major factors that effect exhaust steam pressure. Moreover, it shows that there is maximum pressure lose of blow-off line in the range of heat load. This has great reference value in design of exhaust line and economy operation of direct air-cooling units.
