防水透湿织物耐静水压测试方法比较

摘    要:耐静水压指标是防水透湿织物的重要指标之一,介绍了几种常用的测试静水压的方法,并进行了比较,认为Mullen测试方法适用于测试涂层或层压防水透湿织物的防水性,而静压头方法更适用于测试防水性能稍低的织物,如高密织物。展望了防水透湿织物性能提高与产品开发的研究方向。

Abstract:The index of the anti-static water pressure is one of the important factors of waterproof and moisture-permeable fabric. Several measuring methods for static water pressure are introduced and compared in this paper. Mullen testing is suitable for coated or laminated waterproof and moisture permeable fabric. A research direction to imporve the fabric quality and to develop the fabric product is also outlooked.
