摘    要:阐述燃气-蒸汽联合循环运行中主蒸汽超温的过程和现象,从余热锅炉结构特点入手,详细剖析燃气-蒸汽联合循环主蒸汽超温的原因,找到主蒸汽超温的末端影响因素。实际运行中,预知主蒸汽超温因素,采取手动提前干预,检查扰动后主蒸汽控制线性是否达到控制预期,未达预期,重新修正提前量,直到达到控制预期。查阅机组DCS(分散控制系统)减温水控制逻辑,修改主蒸汽控制逻辑,对于要完善减温水控制逻辑改造的燃气电厂有借鉴意义。

Abstract:This paper describes the process and phenomenon of main steam over temperature in gas steam combined cycle operation. Starting from the structural characteristics of waste heat boiler, the causes of main steam over temperature in gas steam combined cycle are analyzed in detail, and the end influence factors of main steam over temperature are found. In the actual operation, the main steam temperature overtemperature factors are predicted in advance, and manual intervention is taken to check whether the main steam control linearity after disturbance meets the control expectation. If the control expectation is not met, the advance amount shall be revised again until the control expectation is reached. Refer to the unit distributed control system desuperheating water control logic and modify the main steam control logic. It can be used for reference for gas turbine power plant to improve desuperlieating water control logic.
