功能性离子液体[A336][Cyanex272] 萃取分离宏量钨钼实验研究

摘    要:为考察功能性离子液体三辛基甲基氯化铵二(2,4,4-三甲基戊基)膦酸盐A336]Cyanex272]对高钼钨溶液中钨钼的萃取分离效果,以某工业料液(含16.27g/LWO3、9.10 g/L Mo)的模拟溶液为研究对象,详细研究了初始pH值、萃取剂浓度、O/A比等因素对钨钼分离的影响.实验结果表明,在水相初始pH值为6.0、A336]Cyanex272]浓度为0.10 mol/L、O/A 比为2.5∶1 的条件下,分离系数高达43.34.利用0.025 mol/LNaHCO3溶液对负载有机相进行洗涤,钨可得到进一步富集,WO3/Mo质量比从15.76增加到33.26;后续利用0.4 mol/L NaHCO3溶液进行反萃,钼的反萃率接近100%,而钨的反萃率也高达80%以上.说明A336]Cyanex272]可以有效地处理实际高钼钨溶液,其分离效果良好,并且反萃性能优异,是一种有工业应用潜力的萃取剂.

Abstract:The task-specific ionic liquid A336]Cyanex272] was used for the separation of tungsten and molybdenum from a simulated solution of an industrial tungsten solution containing high molybdenum (16.27 g/L WO3, 9.10 g/L Mo). The effect of initial pH of aqueous solution, extractant concentration, O/A ratio, etc., were studied. The optimum separation factor of 43.34 was obtained with an initial pH of 6.0 at O/A 2.5:1 using 0.05 mol/L A336]Cyanex272]. Furthermore, W in the loaded organic phase was further concentrated by scrubbing with 0.025 mol/L NaHCO3, with an increase in WO3/Mo mass ratio from 15.83 to 36.98. Afterwards, over 80% of W and 100% Mo were stripped by 0.4 mol/L NaHCO3 from the loaded organic phase. The experiments prove that
