摘    要:以山西古县某低品位铝土矿为研究对象,开展了原矿性质研究分析及浮选脱硅性能研究.考察了磨矿细度及药剂用量对浮选指标的影响,确定出合适的工艺参数,原矿Al2O3含量为58.47%,SiO2含量为19.75%,A/S为2.96的低品位铝土矿,通过"一粗二精一扫"浮选脱硅闭路实验可得铝精矿产率60.64%,A/S为6.11,Al2O3回收率为69.52%;尾矿A/S为1.41.

Abstract:In this study, combination analyses by modern analytical instruments such as scanning electron microscope (SEM), X-ray diffraction (XRD), and X-ray fluorescence (XRF) were conducted to perform the mineralogical characteristics on sodium bentonite in Changle district. The effects of different dispersants and separation processes (including natural sedimentation, natural and centrifugal sedimentation) on the purification effect of bentonite were explored. The results show that under natural sedimentation process, the intensity of the three factors is settling time> dispersant dosage > dispersion time. The optimum variables combination is dispersant dosage 0.6%, dispersing time 2.5h, and settling time 4h. In view of the fineness of the embedded grains of impurities such as low-temperature quartz and polysilicon mica in the raw ore, the natural sedimentation method can not make a quick and effective separation of the bentonite. Therefore, a "one coarse stage and one fine stage" process was proposed, which is a combined process of natural sedimentation and centrifugal method. It shows that the grade of bentonite concentrate has increased by 10-11%.
