摘    要:针对某S109FA机组在正常运行中出现凝汽器压力升高的异常现象,通过凝汽器热力模型建立凝汽器三区特征因子,采用三区特征因子对凝汽器压力升高分析是冷源区异常造成,定量分析冷源区各影响因素的相对传热系数变化得出凝汽器钛管脏污,进一步结合钛管脏污处理方法而得出需在机组停运后进行高压冲洗处理,为检修判断提供参考方向,从而保证机...

Abstract:In view of the abnormal phenomenon of condenser pressure rising in normal operation of a S109FA unit, the three zonecharacteristic factors of condenser are established by the thermodynamic model of condenser. The three zone characteristic factors are used to analyze the pressure rise of condenser, which is caused by the abnormal of cold source area. The relative heat transfer coefficient of each influence factor in the cold source area is quantitatively analyzed to get the titanium pipe fouling of condenser.Further, the titanium pipe fouling is combined with the treatment method of titanium tube fouling to get the high pressure flushing treatment after the unit is shut down, which provides the reference direction for the maintenancc judgment, so as to ensure the safe and economic operation of the unit.
