电磁铆接变形量对铆钉微观组织的影响

摘    要:电磁铆接铆钉变形量是研究铆钉变形机理的有效方式。采用试验方法,从宏观与微观角度研究放电电压、放电电容值、铆接次数等参数对铆钉变形量的影响。结果表明,在放电电容值相同时,随着放电电压和铆接次数的增加,铆钉变形量增加;在相同放电能量下,随着放电电容值的增加,铆钉变形量增加;随着铆钉变形量的增加,材料沿径向流动增加,主剪切带内变形量加剧,主剪切带越来越明显;随着铆钉变形量增加,在剪切带内,晶粒被急剧拉长,且沿着剪切带方向排列,而在剪切带两侧晶粒变化不大。

Abstract:The effect of discharge voltage,discharge capacitance and riveting time on rivet deformation degree were investigated by experimental method from macro and micro aspects.The results show that the rivet deformation degree increases with the increase of the discharge voltage and riveting time at the same discharge capacitance,and the rivet deformation degree increases with the increase of discharge capacitance at the same discharge energy.With the increase of rivet deformation degree,the radial flow of the material increases,the deformation degree in the shear zone increases remarkably and the primary shear band becomes more obvious.The grains in the shear zone elongate severely and distribute along shear band direction,but the grains at both sides of shear band have little changes.
