综采大倾角俯斜开采技术

文章就云岗矿3~#层8706工作面开采时,最大俯斜倾角达24°、复杂地质条件下遇到的困难进行分析探讨;阐述了采取加高采煤机滚轮架子、调斜工作面,适当减小采煤机截深和提前刹顶等一系列综合技术手段,利用现有综采设备进行成功开采的可行性,对所取得的社会效益和经济效益予以认证。

Coal mining technique of the mechanized longwall face with inclined seam-

——This paper introducs the mecha- nized longwall mining of face 8706 for extracting coal seam No.3 in Yungang coal mine,Datong.Due to effect of the geological structures,the seam incline angle is 24 degree and coal mining is very difficult.Some technical measures are taken such as heightening support of rolling wheel of miner,decreasing cutting depth of miner,and adjusting mining face into an incline face and so on.Using current mechanized equipment the coal are extracted successfully and good social and economic benefits are achieved.
