摘    要:腐蚀是引起管道破坏的主要因素之一,有些管段上同时存在的缺陷由于距离较近会发生交互作用。应用计算机辅助工程分析系统,对含有两种交叠缺陷的腐蚀管线的剩余强度进行了有限元分析,分析中考虑了材料非线性和几何非线性,得到了一些有参考价值的结论。

Abstract:Corrosion is a primary cause for pipeline related incidents.The defects in some pipelines will interact each other due to their close location.CAE System was used to analyze the residual intensity of corroded pipelines containing two overlapping volume defects by FEA method,taking account of large deformation effects and stress stiffening effects.Some valuable conclusions have been obtained.
