摘 要: | 采用电化学腐蚀方法,对表面机械研磨A l-Zn-Mg合金表面的纳米晶结构层进行耐腐蚀性能研究,观测样品的腐蚀形貌并进行了能谱分析。结果表明表面纳米化后的A l-Zn-Mg合金在HC l溶液中的耐腐蚀性能下降,其主要原因是表面纳米晶结构层的形成使晶界体积比显著增加,和C l-离子穿透钝化膜的作用使得电化学反应速度加快,导致纳米晶结构材料的腐蚀加剧。

Abstract: | With electrochemistry corrosion method,this paper studies anti-corrosion performance of nanocrystal structure of mechanical lapping Al-Zn-Mg alloy,and observes the corrosion feature and analyzes energy spectrum.The result is that the corrosion performance of nano-crystallized Al-Zn-Mgalloy decreases in HCl solution,because the formation of surface Nan-crystallization structure makes volume ratio of crystal boundary increases notably and Cl-penetrating passive film speeds up electrochemistry reaction,which leads to corrosion aggravation of nanocrystallization materials. |
