纤维素醚对粉煤灰砂浆的改性研究

摘    要:研究了羟丙基甲基纤维素醚对粉煤灰砂浆性能的影响,并分析了湿密度与抗压强度之间的关系。试验结果表明:在粉煤灰砂浆中掺入羟丙基甲基纤维素醚,能显著改善砂浆的保水性能,延长砂浆的粘结时间,降低砂浆的湿密度和抗压强度。湿密度与28d抗压强度之间具有较好的相关性,在已知湿密度的条件下,利用拟合公式可以推算出28d抗压强度。

Abstract:In this paper, the influence of hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose ether on fly ash mortar performance has been investigated and the relationship between wet density and compressive strength has also been analyzed. The results show that hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose ether can significantly improve the water retention of fly ash mortar, extend the setting time and reduce the wet density and compressive strength. Wet density and 28 days compressive strength have a good correlation and the compressive strength of 28 days can be calculated using the fitting formula when wet density is known.
