超高分子量聚乙烯纤维的表面处理及其复合材料的性能

摘    要:超高分子量聚乙烯纤维(UHMWPE)具有优良的力学性能,但其表面具有惰性和光滑性;利用酸腐蚀、紫外接枝等方法对UHMWPE纤维进行表面改性处理;处理后进行单丝拔出试验,其拔出载荷可提高许多;以环氧树脂为基体采用模压成型工艺制备复合材料板材,不同表面处理的纤维增强环氧树脂复合材料的弯曲强度测试值相差较大,分析了材料弯曲强度变化的原因。

Abstract:The ultra high molecular weight polyethylene(UHMWPE)fiber has good mechanical properties,but its surface has big inertia and is smooth.The surface of the UHMWPE is treated with different methods such as acid corrode,ultraviolet light graft and so on and the pull-out load of a single treated fiber can be greatly improved.The composite laminate is prepared by molding process with the different surface-treated fiber and the matrix of epoxy resin and its bending strength can be greatly improved.At last,the reason of bending strength improvement is analyzed.
