摘    要:论述了数控与电气伺服驱动系统在HTUR50车床技术改造中应用的具体设计思想和实现的方法。介绍了SINUMERIK810T数控系统对交流伺服电机调速驱动系统控制所实现的宽的调速范围、高的稳速精度、快的动态响应以及在四象限内运动等良好的技术特性。描述了HTUR50波兰车床CNC控制的结构特点。该数控与电气控制系统的开发应用为机床的技术改造提供了一条新途径。

Abstract:In the paper, the design thought of application of computer numerical control and electrical servo drive system to HTUR50 BOLAN latch technical retrofit, and way of its achievement . Good technical character, such as the wide speed regulation range?the high accuracy of stable speed?fast dynamic response and the movement in four sector, realized by variable speed drives system of AC servo motor, controlled by SINUMERIK 810T CNC system are introduced. Controlled by CNC system structure and character of HTUR50 BOLAN latch are described. A new way of technical retrofit of latch is opened on by developing application the CNC and electrical control system.
