| 摘 要： | 某冶炼厂60kt/a铅富氧底吹炉熔炼的烟气制酸采用动力波洗涤—气体冷却塔—两级电除雾器绝热蒸发净化、3+2两转两吸工艺流程。介绍了该套装置的设计特点,并对该制酸装置的扩产潜力进行了分析。

| Abstract: | The processes, including dynamic wave washing, gas cooling tower, two-stage electric demister adiabatic evaporation and purification, and 3 2 double conversion and absorption, were applied for acid-making from off-gas of 60 kt/a oxygen-enriched bottom blowing lead smelting furnace. Design characteristics of this equipment set were introduced. Capacity expansion potential of the processes was analyzed. |
