摘    要:介绍树脂法在湿法炼铜电积液中除铁回收酸的应用,建成处理规模约2m3/h的工业系统,获得良好的技术指标,酸回收率≥80%、铁去除率≥70%。并对该系统的投资回报进行了简单的计算,投资回报期约4个月。

Abstract:Application of resin to recover acid and remove iron from copper electrowinning solution was introduced. The industrial system with treatment capacity of 2 m3/h was built. Acid recovery rate and iron removal rate is 80% and 70% above respectively. Economic return is simply calculated and investment analysis of this system is performed. The period of investment return is as long as 4 months.
