摘    要:液压弯管机是管道施工的重要装备。不同管径的冷弯管需配置与之匹配的弯管模具。顶模是弯管全套模具的重要部件,它的设计直接影响弯管质量和弯管效率。顶模曲率半径的确立是顶模设计的关键,采用计算和优化方法设计顶模的曲率半径,能充分发挥设备效能,最大限度地提高弯管质量和弯管效率。

Abstract:Hydraulic pipe bender is the important equipment for piping construction. The cold-bent pipes with different diameters must be equipped with the pipe-bending dies matching with them. The top die is the important component of the complete set of pipe-bending die,the design of which directly impact the bending quality and the bending efficiency. The key of the top-die design is to determine the curvature radius of the top dies. To design the curvature radius of the top dies with the calculation and optimization methods can make full use of the capacity of the equipment,and improve the bending quality and the bending efficiency to the largest extent.
