无筛板流化床数学模型研究及其工业应用

摘    要:研究了无筛板流化床的数学模型,在试验中采有了作者提出的新的流化指标表达式,作为流化质量的判别标准,用内径0.75m,由透明在有机玻璃制成的无筛板流床作为模拟放大装置,并把计算机及差压变送器等仪器与无筛板流化床相连接以实行联机操作并处理数据。

Abstract:The mathematical modelling of fluidized|bed without the perforated|plate has been studied.The fluidization expression given by the has been used in tests and as a criteria of fluidization quality. A 0^75m|ID clear plexiglass fluidized|bed without the perforated|plate was used for a amplificative simulator. The computer and differential pressure transducer etc. were connected to the fluidized|bed without the perforated|plate for processing data in a real|time on|line operation. Based on the mathematical modelling, a 1^2m|ID commercial fluidized|bed without the perforated|plate chlorinator has been designed for chlorinating titanium|rich slag containing approximately 85% TiO-2, 6^7% MgO and CaO impurites to produce TiCl-4. The chlorinator has run continuously for 55 days with a good fluidization.
