设计理念创新的思考与实践

本文对如何完善设计施工验收管理流程等实际问题进行思考,围绕设计理念创新展开实践,在传统设计环节的基础上增加了规划评估测试、勘查测试、设计验证测试,将原有开环设计升级为实现闭环管理的“测试评估一体化设计”。提出一种新的移动通信网络设计理念,有益于提高设计质量,为后期网络优化奠定理论依据与技术支持。

Thinking and Practice in Wireless Network Design Concept Innovation

In order to innovate the traditional design concept, on the base of improvement of design and construction taking-over process, the wireless network design process is added on planning evaluation test, reconnaissance and survey test and design verification test, original open loop design is upgraded to closed loop design. The new design concept is called design, test and evaluation integration. The theory proposed in the paper is beneficial to improve wireless network design quality, which sets the theoretical basis and technical support for the network optimization.
