柴油机微粒排放控制技术研究进展

摘    要:柴油机排放物中含有大量微粒,对环境影响严重,其中,PM2.5是形成雾霾天气的主要原因。降低柴油机的排放,特别是降低其微粒排放是柴油机环保技术的主要研究方向。文章从燃料、机内控制及微粒排放后处理技术方面,分析了柴油机微粒排放的影响因素及机内的一些控制措施,阐述了国内外目前研究柴油机微粒排放后处理装置的废气再循环和选择性催化还原等主要技术的特点及应用情况,并对满足未来超低排放法规的柴油机后处理技术进行了展望。

Research progress of particulate emission control technology of diesel engine

Abstract:Environment is severely affected by a large amount of particles exhausted from diesel engine,among which PM2. 5 is the main reason for haze weather. Main research direction of environmental protection technology is to reduce diesel engine emissions, especially particulate emissions. From many aspects of fuel, interior control and particulate emission after-treatment technology,the paper has analyzed influencing factors of diesel particulate emissions and some control measures,expounding main technology characteristics and application of emissions after-treatment device of the exhaust gas recirculation and selective catalytic reduction and so on currently at home and abroad,furthermore giving prospect of diesel after-treatment technology to meet ultra-low emission requirement in the future.
