大庆油田徐深一井油管腐蚀原因分析与控制

摘    要:分析了“徐深一井”油管内外壁的腐蚀原因 ,认为油 -套管环形空间的完井液中含有Cl-及溶解氧对油管外壁造成了腐蚀 ;而油管内壁腐蚀主要是CO2 引起的。在气井中 ,当CO2 分压大于 0 .2 1MPa时 ,将发生腐蚀。介质流速及温度也是影响CO2 腐蚀的因素之一。在油管内、外壁涂覆漆酚树脂涂料可取得良好的防腐蚀效果。

Abstract:The analysis of the corrosion of external wall of the oil pipe in Xushen No.1 Oil Well shows that the corrosion of the external wall of the oil pipe was caused by the Cl- in the well liquid in the annular space of the double pipe and dissolved oxygen, while the corrosion of the internal wall of the oil pipe was the result of CO_2. In gas well, the corrosion will occur when the partial pressure of CO_2 is greater than 0.21 Mpa. The media velocity and temperature are also the contributing factors of CO_2 corrosion. Good results can be achieved if internal and external walls of the oil pipes are applied with resin paint coatings.
