| 摘 要： | 采用水文学的方法，结合南明河“91·7”、“96·7”待大洪水调查资料，对南明河各种频率设计洪水水面线进行推算，取得较精确的成果，为城市建设所采用，并起很好的防洪作用。

| Abstract: | Considered the data about two extraondinary lager floods of July 1991 and July 1996, used the method of hydrolop, the design flood surface levels of Nanminghe river at different frequencies were estimated. The results are more accurrate and useful for fled control of the urban arer. |
