摘    要:连续蒸煮与间歇蒸煮相比其用汽方式不尽相同,热量流向有较大差别,连续蒸煮的节能潜力大但没有现成的应用经验,节能方式需要探索.本文介绍采用连续蒸煮加黑液预提取相结合的新工艺,通过热量平衡分析研究其优势和特点,提出可进一步改善连续蒸煮节能的技术方案.
