Started with the development trend of high rise building in the new century, this paper clarifies the new trend of creation concept in this period, and the development tendency of architectural noumenon in technological expression, architectural image and neighborhood spatial design. From urban spatial structure, transport network, environment system, and cultural connotation, high rise buliding deep impact on the city is discussed.
