高速镗新工艺的研究

摘    要:本文对高速镗新工艺的试验装置、刀具及切削参数进行了试验研究。得出了保证工件质量、减小表面粗糙度值的合理切削参数及表面粗糙度的试验公式。采用高速镗新工艺不仅效率高,而且表面粗糙度小。

Abstract:In this paper, the testing device of high speed boring technique, cutting tools and cutting parameters were tested and studied. Through the testing research, it found out the suitable cutting parameters and testing formula of surface roughness which can garantee theXquality of workpiece and reduce the surface roughness value. The result showed that the new technique of high speed boring not only can improve the productivity, but also can reduce the surface roughness value. It can also improve the machining quality.
