摘    要:借助Raman光谱、IR光谱、差热分析、TEM、SEM及电动力学等测试手段,研究了液相沉淀法制备ZrO_2(Y_2O_3)超细粉末过程中团聚状态的控制。结果表明:沉淀过程中引入适宜的表面活性剂,可增强静电和位阻效应,得到均匀分散的胶粒悬浮液;经水洗后的湿凝胶,采用表面活性剂处理,可改变胶粒界面结构,避免干燥和煅烧过程中形成硬团聚体。此外,还研究了粉末团聚状态对其烧结体性能的影响。

Abstract:By means of Raman spectroscopy, IR spectroscopy, DTA, TEM, SEM and electrokinetic method, the agglomeration control in the ultrafine ZrO_2 (Y_2O_3) powder prepared by wet chemical process has been studied. The experimental results show that during the precipitation process the electrostatic and steric effect can be intensified by high polymer additives and an uniformly dispersed colloidal suspension is obtained. After washing, the interface structure of colloidal particles of wet gel, treated by surfactant, is improved and formation of hard agglomeration in drying and calcinating is prevented. Furthermore, the effect of powder agglomeration on the properties of the fired samples is studied.
