| 摘 要： | 根据国家电力公司对电力二次系统安全防护的要求，并结合江苏电力二次系统现状和连云港地区电网实际情况，设计和制定了连云港地区调度中心二次系统安全防护方案。针对方案实施中遇到的一些问题，提出了解决办法和改进措施。

| Abstract: | According to the demanding of State Power Corporation of China about two sub-systems safe protection of electric power,at the same time,considering the current conditions of Jiangsu two sub-systems and the actual circumstance of Lianyungang,we designed and drew up the two sub-systems safe protection blue print of Lianyugang region. According to the problems of the blue print,we put forward the solution and improve the measure. |
