摘    要:研究了一种新研制的厌氧胶清除剂的清除效果。在常温下,用这种清除剂浸泡经不同品种厌氧胶粘接过的铜制和不锈钢螺栓连接件,30rnin即可以达到97%以上的清除率。并借助于扫描电镜观察浸泡前后的HTO42胶层的微观形貌,证实在浸泡前表面结构致密的胶层浸泡后结构变疏松,表明该清除剂对胶层有较好的溶胀和溶解作用,是一种在短时间内就能达到清除效果的低毒性通用型厌氧胶专用清除剂。

Abstract:In this work, the cleaning effect of a newly developed cleaning agent for removing cured anaerobic adhesives was discussed.The copper or stainless steel connecting bolt and nut bonded together by various anaerobic adhesives was soaked in the cleaning agent at room temperature within 30 min.,it was found that over 97% of the cured anaerobic adhesive layer on had been removed from the surfaces.The surface topographies of HT0424 adhesive layer were analyzed by SEM.Topographies showed that the adhesive layer was loose.That indicated that the new cleaning agent could remove the anaerobic adhesive layer by solvent swell and dissolution.It was a low toxicity,high effective and universal cleaning agent.
