摘    要:研究苦菜中维生素C含量的测定方法和不同月份、部位维生素C的含量变化规律。将苦菜洗净,沥干,用水作为溶剂,液料比为15:1,榨汁提取 1 min。将提取液在190~510 nm 波长范围内进行紫外扫描,维生素C在 267 nm 处有最大吸收峰,故选择 267 nm 为检测波长,并计算其含量。结果表明,苦菜不同部位维生素C的变化规律为4月份花>叶>茎>根、5~7月份花>叶>根>茎,4月份苦菜叶维生素C含量较高,5月份苦菜花维生素C含量较高。本方法具有快速、准确、简便等优点,实验结果对苦菜的开发具有一定的意义。

Abstract:The aim of this paper was to study the method for the determination of vitamin C and its content changes in different months and parts in Sonchus oleraceus L.The absorbance of extract was scanned at 190-510 nm by the ultraviolet spectrophotometer.The maximum absorption is 267 nm and the content was calculated.Results showed that the content of vitamin C in different parts was flower>leaf>stem>root in April and flower>leaf>root>stem from May to July.Vitamin C content in leaf was higher in April and in flower was higher in May.This method is simple,quick and accurate.The results were useful to the further development and utilization of S.oleraceus L.resources.
