| Abstract: | Based on the current status of total development and utilization of coal resources in Xianyang city,this paper presents an analysis of the major factors that exert influences on the regulations on local total coal resources development and utilization.It is also proposed in this paper the goal of coal resources development and utilization set for the year 2015 as well as the major countermeasures to be implemented for the realization of the goal of the regulation. |
