高亲水型水刺专用涤纶短纤维性能及其应用研究

摘    要:对常规涤纶、仪化水刺专用涤纶短纤维WF310、仪化高亲水型专用涤纶短纤维WF311、进口的两种高亲水型水刺专用纤维,进行了纤维性能和应用性能研究。研究表明,WF311的吸水率最高,加工的水刺布具有良好的吸水性能,其吸水率高于医用卫生材料所规定的吸水率指标,与粘胶水刺布相当,具有经受反复水力冲击后的耐久吸水性能。

Abstract:The investigations are made on properties and applications of textile PET staple fiber,Yizheng Co.made hydroentanglement used PET staple fiber(WF 310),Yizheng Co.made hydroentanglement used high hydrophilic PET staple fiber(WF 311) and two imported hydroentanglement used high hydrophilic fibers.The results show that the water absorbability of WF 311 is highest and hydroentanglement nonwoven made from WF 311 has good absorbent capacity and its absorbency rate is higher than the stipulated index of medical and hygienic materials.With repeat hydraulic impact,the absorbent duration of WF 311 nonwoven is similar with rayon hydroentanglement nonwoven.
