我国消防及应急救援体制改革势在必行

对我国消防及应急救援体制的现状和存在的问题进行了分析,认为我国现行体制存在不利于各级政府作用发挥、救援力量不足、专业院校数量少、照搬军队兵役制度难以保留人才等四个弊端。并针对这几方面的问题就消防及应急救援体制改革方向进行阐述。

China's fire and emergency rescue system reform is imperative

The situation and problems of China's fire and emergency rescue system were analyzed,and 4 disadvantages include being not conductive to play the roles of government,lacking rescuing power,shortage of professional institutions and copying the system of military service being difficult to save the talents were put forward.The reform methods were suggested according to these problems.
