| 摘 要： | 基于湿化学法制备氧化物超微粉体的基本原理，通过探讨各因素对氧化物超微粉体粒径大小及其分布作用机理的影响，分析限团聚体产生的机制，给出了控制氧化物超微粉体粒径大上及分布，消除团聚体的相应措施。
