磷石膏制硫酸联产水泥烧成工段设备的改造

由于磷石膏制硫酸联产水泥的烧成工段原始设备结构存在缺陷和选型不合理,造成系统频繁停车。介绍烧成工段改造前后工艺流程,以及对熟料冷却机的托轮、回转窑喷煤燃烧系统、窑尾生料入窑给料系统等进行改造的情况。改造取得较好效果,创下烧成工段连续开车7个月的记录。

For the original equipment of structural defects and unreasonable selection in sintering section, the operation has to frequently stop. The process before and after revamping and the concrete measures of revamping are introduced on the supporting roller of clinker cooler, rotary-kiln pulverized coal burning system, and feeding system of kiln inlet for raw materials placing etc. in sintering section. The effect of revamping is better, and the record with continuous start-up of 7 months is created.
