摘    要:建立甘草次酸的检测方法,观察不同提取方法对甘草次酸含量的影响.以新疆甘草为原料药,采用水提-超声、醇提-超声的方法获得甘草提取物,利用RP-HPLC技术以甲醇:2.0%醋酸水溶液(86∶14)为流动相,在C18(4.6×125mm)、室温、检测波长254nm、流速0.8mL·min-1条件下,分离、检测提取物中甘草次酸的含量.结果在上述分离条件下,甘草次酸获得了较好的分离效果.同时,研究发现不同的提取方法显著地影响了提取物中甘草次酸的含量.结论:合适的提取方法有助于提高甘草提取物中有效成分的含量.

Abstract:To establish the method for measuring glycyrrhetinic acid level by RP - HPLC and study the effect of different extract methods on glycyrrhetinic acid levels. Two raw extracts were obtained from Glycyrrhiza uralensis by applying water -ultrasound, ethanol - ultrasound, and then glycyrrhetinic acid levels in these extracts were detected under the condition as follow . methanol: 2.0% acetic acid (86: 14) as mobile phase , SunfireTM Cls(5 μm,4.6 mm × 150 mm flow rate and 254nm as detection wavelength. Glycyrrhetinic acid and different extract methods were able to significantly influence in samples. Suitable method is an important factor to enhance the ) column as fixed phase,0.8mL/min as in all samples was efficiendy separated, the concentrations of glycyrrhetinic acid level of glycyrrhetinic acid in sample
