熔喷聚丙烯芳香非织造布的开发

摘    要:在熔喷纺丝机上采用共混方法加入香母粒可以纺制芳香聚丙烯超细纤维非织造布。选择香料时应考虑香料的耐热性、挥发性和安全性。香料的复配可使香味更具魅力。文章还讨论了熔喷聚丙烯芳香非织造布的纺丝工艺 ,如纺丝温度、压缩空气温度与压力、接受距离等。

Abstract:The information biologists descover that fragrant surroundings can dispel fatigue and make staff raise their working efficiency. By blending perfume granule with polypropylene granule, aromatic superfine fibre nonwovens can be made in melt blown machinery. In choosing perfume spice, heat resisting, volatility and security should be considered. Blending different perfume spices makes fragrance more charming in addition, the melt blown spinning technology parameter for polypropylene nonwovens such as spinning temperature, compressed air temperature and pressure as well as accepting distance are discussed.
