| 摘 要： | 通过对传统的足辊结晶器所存在的问题进行分析，韶钢炼钢厂4号连铸机使用无足辊结晶器代替足辊结晶器，减少了连铸生产中的漏钢事故，大大提高了4号连铸机的作业率，为保证炼钢厂连铸生产的稳定、顺行创造了条件。

| Abstract: | The foot roller mold has been replaced with a non_foot roller mold in the No.4 continuous caster at the Steel_making Plant of SGIS through analyzing the existing problem of the traditional foot roller mode. The non_foot roller mold can reduce the troubles of the molten steel leakage during continuous caster operations and greatly raise the operating rate of the No.4 continuous caster and create the condition for the insurance of stability and smoothness of the continuous casting production at the Steel_making Plant. |
