攀成钢炼铁厂烧结系统配加钒钛矿生产实践

摘    要:介绍了钒钛矿特殊的物理化学性能,以及针对钒钛矿特殊的物理化学性能而采取的一些有别于普通铁矿石烧结的操作方法.在攀成钢105 m2烧结机工艺装备条件下,分别对钒钛精矿配比为10%、15%、20%、25%时的生产操作进行了分析总结,结果表明,配加10%以内的钒钛矿对烧结过程无明显影响,但随着钒钛精矿配比的增加,烧结混合料制粒困难,透气性变差、风箱负压上升、在料层厚度不变的情况烧结机速明显下降,且烧结矿强度、成品率下降,返矿明显增多.最后对克服钒钛矿烧结的缺点,操作上的困难以及如何提高钒钛烧结矿的质量进行了一些探索和实践.

Abstract:Described in the paper are the special physicochemical properties of sefstromite based on which some sintering operational processes different from those for sintering ordinary iron ores are designed. With the existing technological equipment conditions of the 105 m^2 sintering machine of CSST, the operation processes with sefstromite concentrate charges of 10%, 15%, 20% and 25% respectively are analyzed and summarized, which leads to the conclusion that with 10% charge of sefstromite produces no significant influence on the sintering process, however along with the increasing of the sefstromite concentrate charge proportion, a number of impacts occur, including difficulty in palletizing sintering mixture, worse permeability, increase of negative pressure of the air chest, significant drop of speed of the sintering machine under the condition that no change of the charge layer thickness, reducing of strength of the sintered ore and the yield as well as significant increase of rejected ore rate. Also described are some approaches and practices in a bid to eliminate the shortcomings with the existing sintering process, overcome relevant difficulties in operation and improve sintering quality of sefstromite.
