针对国内工程项目成本管理存在的种种问题,给出了加强成本管理的具体措施：成立专门机构,明确管理职责,合理划分成本模块,加强成本预测,抓好施工阶段的成本控制和现场管理,力求通过具体管理环节的实施,达到了成本控制的目标。

Contrary to many problems in domestic project cost management,specific measures have been given to enhance cost management： setting up a specialized agencies with a clear responsibility,division of the cost of modules reasonably,to enhance cost projections,controlling the construction phase cost and on-site management,we can achieve cost control objectives target through the implementation of specific management segments.
