摘    要:适当地增加回采矿石的合格块度尺寸可以减少二次爆破量,为矿山带来较大的经济效益。从提高矿山整体经济效益出发,对程潮铁矿进行模拟开采,取得不同矿块尺寸下设备购置费用、采场掘进工程费用、采矿效益、安全生产条件等4项指标。应用多目标模糊决策的方法,建立矿石的合格块度尺寸优化模型,进而选择在一定条件下合理的矿石块度尺寸。

Abstract:Properly increasing the size of blasted ore can reduce secondary blasting, which is beneficial to mines. In this paper, from the point of view of improving the overall economic efficiency of a mine, simulation mining for Chengchao iron mine was made and four indexes for different sizes of blasted ore such as expenses of equipments pur- chasing,costs of stope development, mining efficiency, and the conditions for safe production. The muhi-objeetive fuzzy decision method was applied to the optimization model of qualified size of blasted ore, and further, select the reasonable size' of blasted ore according to specific conditions.
