摘    要:以金源矿业公司祁雨沟矿区主竖井提高提升能力改造为工程背景,论述了通过加大箕斗容积,更换主电动机和部分电控装置,使提升能力提高20%的竖井提升系统改造优化方案.改造工程应用表明:生产竖井提升系统改造优化方案投资少、工程量小、工期短、见效快.通过设备更新和系统改造,使竖井提升系统的安全性得到提高,有利于企业的安全生产和管理.

Abstract:Taking Qiyugou mining area as an example, this paper discussed the optimization of a renovation plan for shaft hoisting system, the main objective of which is to improving the hoisting capacity by 20 % by increasing skip volume and replacing the main motor and some electrical control facilities. The modification project practice indicates that it needs less project investment, less engineering, shorter engineering period, and quicker effects. Through the equipment renewal and the system renovation, the safety of the shaft hoisting system is improved, and it is also good for the enterprises' safety production and management.
