摘    要:用超深孔一次或分段爆破成并技术全深度一次钻孔,机械化程度高;不需井筒内爆破施工作业,安全程度高,是目前比较先进的筒状硐室施工方法.但是在施工工艺方面,存在钻孔、联线施工质量要求高,装药、封堵难度大,排矸与支护衔接困难等问题,制约着此技术的推广使用.立足于切实可行的一次成井施工工艺,结合实践经验,对钻孔、装药、联线、排矸...

Abstract:The method of shaft excavation by segmented or one-step deep-hole blasting is more advanced at present for its high degree of mechanization and safety,only needs drilling once time and not do blast work in shaft.But it has some defects that influence the construction quality of this technology.For example,the construction quality requirements of drilling and blasting on-line were high,stemming of blast-hole and charging was complicated,and the combine of support and discharge of waste rock was difficult.For the sake of overcoming the defects,the construction sequence that includes drilling,charging,blasting on-line,muck and support was optimized.Construction method,equipment,tool and so on of all the construction technology were put forward.And the construction management and security measures were formulated.Using the methods and on the base of construction conditions,the scheme of shaft excavation by one-step deep-hole blasting was designed in-750 coal wasting warehouse of Huafeng coal mine.During the blasting construction,this method ensured the speed,security and quality of construction.The smooth construction proves the feasibility of the formatted methods,and the research result has certain reference value to similar projects.
